You must be at least 13 years old to use EF5.in. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these terms.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@ef5.in if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs to private, unlisted, or copyrighted videos you do not have rights to analyse
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its API
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others or resell access to the service
• Submit content that is hateful, illegal, or violates YouTube's Terms of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Credits System

EF5.in operates on a prepaid credit system:

• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted upon completion of each analysis
• The cost per analysis depends on the selected depth (Basic, Standard, or Deep) and actual token usage
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• If an analysis fails due to a platform error, reserved credits are automatically returned to your wallet
• Credit pricing is visible before submitting any analysis

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. EF5.in does not store your card or bank details.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to EF5.in. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.

9. AI Output Disclaimer

Analysis results are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. EF5.in makes no guarantee that following our suggestions will result in improved views, subscribers, or revenue. Results may vary and are not a substitute for professional content strategy advice.

10. Intellectual Property

EF5.in and its AI-generated reports are the intellectual property of EF5.in. You may use your own analysis reports for personal or business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute reports generated by our platform.

11. Third-Party Services

EF5.in integrates with the YouTube Data API v3 and OpenAI. Your use of these integrations is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and OpenAI's Terms of Use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EF5.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of EF5.in after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
